Answer: first of all, check the video format selection "PAL/NTSC" from multipix IP camera IE
interface. change the video format to proper format either PAL or NTSC. secondly, please
check the network gateway settings from the IE interface, e.g. if the IP cam's IP address is
"192.168.0.xx" then the gateway setting should be "192.168.0.1". thirdly, if the IP cam's video
resolution is higher than 704*576 (D1), then you can only access it's main video stream.
otherwise you will see the blank screen. finally, make sure you access the IP cam via the
correct port number. the default port number of the multipix 720p IP camera is "6002". you
should remember the new port number if you changed it.

Answer: due to the limitation of the DSP processing, the maximum settings of various video
quality as below: for 704*576 (D1) video: 25fps / 4Mbps for 1024*768 (XVGA) video: 25fps /
5Mbps for 1280*720 (720p) video: 10fps / 4Mbps
